They asked if we would like to switch rooms. When the front desk was contacted I was dismissed and told the manager was busy in meetings. Pictures were taken and attempted to catch one but it opened with blood. To make matters worse when we woke up the next morning to what appeared to be bed bugs inside both beds. The pool was dirty and had hair floating in it. In the hotel room there were dirty toe nails from a prior guest on the floor, dirty handprints on the wall. We returned to hotel well after routine check in time and were not contacted that room was ready. Front desk said they would reach out to housekeeping immediately and call me when room was ready. When booking reservation I requested early check in and when coming in to hotel was told they were having issues with cleaning staff and my room was not ready. Upon arrival to hotel the front sliding doors were broken with maintenance staff working to fix them and not moving when guest need to come through.
